Inclusion
- Elective Surgery
- Expected duration of the operation \> 2 hours
Exclusion
- Patients ≤ 18 years of age
- Patients with history of allergy to local anesthetics
- Chronic opioid analgesic
- Patients who are unwilling or unable to participate
