Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age between 18 and 45.
- Bilateral endometriomas.
- Endometrioma size \> 3 cm.
- Pain and/or infertility as indication to surgical treatment.
Exclusion
- History of cancer.
- Suspected malignancy.
- Evidence of premature ovarian failure.
