Inclusion

  • Women undergoing their first cesarean section

Exclusion

  • previous uterine hysterotomy (caesarean section, myomectomy, etc.)
  • known uterine anomalies
  • active labour
  • known bleeding disorder
  • maternal connective tissue disorders
