Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy volunteers.
- Aged 18-80 years old.
- Normal and obese subjects.
- Able to provide informed consent.
Exclusion
- Refusal to sign the informed consent.
- Diagnosis of organic diseases including neoplastic inflammatory illness or cardiovascular diseases.
- Hypersensibility to almonds.
