Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Women Age \> 45 years
- with postmenopausal uterine bleeding
Exclusion
- Women with bleeding disorders or coagulopathy
- women with cervical cancer or breast carcinoma .
- history of tamoxifen intake
- women with fibroid .
