Inclusion
- knee osteoarthritis \>3 months in clinical and radiographic signs
- VAS for pain \>50mm
Exclusion
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis C
- HIV
- pregnancy
- drug abuse
- other intra-articular injections \<6 months
- surgery on affected knee \<12 months
