Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- HIV-positive participants who received an newly diagnosed HIV infection within the study period
- Having a current residential address inside of pilot site limits
- Eighteen years old or above
- HIV transmission is heterosexual contact
Exclusion
- IDU
- Having severe mental disorder
