Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients with multiple fracture ribs.

Exclusion

  • Patient refusal.
  • Patients with pre-existing infection at the block site.
  • Coagulopathy.
  • Allergy to local anesthetics.
  • Pre-existing neurological deficits.
  • Psychiatric illness.
