Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients \> 60 years of age
- Undergoing elective major non-cardiac surgery with an anticipated surgical duration of 4 hours or more,
- Preoperative written informed consent.
Exclusion
- Emergency surgery
- Laparoscopic/Robotic surgery
