Inclusion
- singleton parturient
- planned for elective LSCS under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion
- gestational age \< 36 weeks
- emergency cases
- placenta previa, pre-eclampsia
- BMI\>40
- Reynauld disease
- patient refusal
- cardiovascular disease
