Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- complex anal fistula according to Parks classification
Exclusion
- Non cryptoglandular fistulas
- acute sepsis
- inflammatory bowel diseases
- simple fistulas (defined as subcutaneous, intersphincteric and low transsphincteric fistula)
- pregnant patients
- ASA IV
- patients \<18
- immunocompromised
- patients who refused consent.
