Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 years or older
- Detectable HCV viral load
- Attended a clinic appointment at one of our participating sites
Exclusion
- Cognitive disability such that informed consent cannot be obtained
- Prisoners
- Unable to understand English
