Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- no diabetes
- according to studied subpopulations: BMI\<27 and HOMA \<4, BMI\>27 and HOMA\>4, BMI\>27 and HOMA\<4
Exclusion
- pregnancy or lactation
- active or suspected chronic infection
- treatment affecting insulin sensitivity
