Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients undergoing thoracotomy lung resection surgery between 45 and 80 years

Exclusion

  • Patients allergic to the drugs used in the study
  • Patients with diabetic neuropathy
  • Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency
  • emergent surgery
  • Age \<45 years or\> 80 years
