Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age: 16-30 years
- Male cricketers registered with PCB
- Players attending minimum three sessions per week
Exclusion
- Players having any of the following :
- neuromusculoskeletal ,
- cardiovascular, or systematic pathology.
