Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • residents of Baghdad city
  • being ≥45 years of age with stop age of 80 years.

Exclusion

  • history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
  • colonoscopy (CS)/flexible sigmoidoscopy (FS)/ double contrast barium enema (DCBE) performed within the last year.
  • persistent altered bowel habits.
  • chronic abdominal pain.
  • visible bleeding per rectum.
  • long term use of anticoagulant.
