Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- residents of Baghdad city
- being ≥45 years of age with stop age of 80 years.
Exclusion
- history of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
- colonoscopy (CS)/flexible sigmoidoscopy (FS)/ double contrast barium enema (DCBE) performed within the last year.
- persistent altered bowel habits.
- chronic abdominal pain.
- visible bleeding per rectum.
- long term use of anticoagulant.
