Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All cases had clinical as well as echocardiographic proof of hemodynamically critical PDA.
Exclusion
- Patients with silent PDA.
- irreversible pulmonary vascular disease.
- those who had associated hemodynamically significant congenital heart disease (CHD).
