Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Ischemic MR, ERO≥0.2 cm2 and RV≥30 ml.
- Indication for CABG
Exclusion
- Unwillingness to give informed consent and to enter a regular follow-up program.
- Contraindications for SE.
