Inclusion
- Cardiovascular disease (deep Vein Thrombosis or Chronic venous insufficiency)
Exclusion
- Vulnerable populations
- wound at lower limb which can not take the intervention
- one can not make express consent clearly
- dyslexia
- who need physical assistance during ambulation
- nonfunctional ambulator
