Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age ≧18 years
- single hopeless teeth in anterior maxilla
- enough apical bone volume to achieve primary stability (\>4mm)
Exclusion
- active periodontoal infection
- incomplete buccal bone plate
- unwilling to participate
