Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adult
  • Type A aortic dissection;
  • After surgery;
  • P/F ratio ≤ 200mmHg

Exclusion

  • Intracardiac shunt;
  • Contradiction of PAC;
  • Chronic pulmonary diseases before surgery;
  • ECMO;
  • Anticipation of death within 48 hours after operation;
