Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 years or older
- undergone midline laparotomy and managed with an open abdomen for at least one day
- contaminated or dirty wound classification
Exclusion
- Less than 18 years of age
- Prisoners
- Pregnant females
- Non-surgical patients
