Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 18 years old
  • Funcional Class I-III (NYHA)
  • Ejection fraction \< o,55
  • treated for heart failure

Exclusion

  • Coronary artery disease
  • Moderate to major valve disease
  • Positive serology for Chagas
  • Inability to perform physical exercises
