Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- infertile women participating in the diagnostic evaluation of infertility.
Exclusion
- patients who are legally incapable or partially capable
- pregnancy should be excluded before sampling
- bleeding problems
- the active phase of severe psychiatric disorders
