  • Waitlisted for renal transplant
  • =\>21 years of age
  • Caregiver:
  • Primary caregiver for patient
  • =\>21 years of age
  • Exclusion criteria:
  • Patient:
  • Active suicidal ideation
  • Thought disorder
  • Delusions
  • Hallucinations
  • Recent myocardial infarction, heart attack, or stroke
  • Planned elective surgeries for joint replacement
