Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Newly born infants who are apneic (not crying) immediately after birth (and)
- Expected birthweight \> 1500 g (and)
- Parental consent
Exclusion
- Still births
- Twins
- Major congenital malformations (i.e. congenital cardiac malformation, pulmonary hypoplasia, major spina bifida, etc.)
