Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- First onset
- Ischemic stroke
- Stroke onset \> 6 months
- Brunnstrom recovery stage: ≧3
- Modified Ashworth Scale Elbow flexor : ≦3
Exclusion
- Severe language or cognitive impairment
- Orthopaedic or neurological problems
- Pregnancy
- Contraindications for tDCS or NMES
