Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • First onset
  • Ischemic stroke
  • Stroke onset \> 6 months
  • Brunnstrom recovery stage: ≧3
  • Modified Ashworth Scale Elbow flexor : ≦3

Exclusion

  • Severe language or cognitive impairment
  • Orthopaedic or neurological problems
  • Pregnancy
  • Contraindications for tDCS or NMES
