Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Dallas Heart Study (DHS) Participants who are above or below the sex- and ethnicity-specific 10th and 90th% of cholesterol efflux.
- Family members of the DHS participants are also eligible
Exclusion
- HIV
- Cancer
- Autoimmune diseases
- Pregnancy
