Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Dallas Heart Study (DHS) Participants who are above or below the sex- and ethnicity-specific 10th and 90th% of cholesterol efflux.
  • Family members of the DHS participants are also eligible

Exclusion

  • HIV
  • Cancer
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Pregnancy
