Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 55 - 110 years of age
- Understanding oral and written communication in Swedish
Exclusion
- Cannot sit up without support
- Not being able to hold up neck when laying on the floor or rolling backwards.
- Aortic aneurysm,
- Angina pectoris
- Cataract operation within the last 6 months
