Inclusion

  • Uterine myoma requiring laparoscopic myomectomy
  • American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASAPS) classification I-II
  • absence of pregnancy at the time of surgery.

Exclusion

  • any suspicious findings of malignant gynecologic diseases,
