Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • A planned first trimester nuchal translucency scan
  • Informed consent
  • Gestational age 11-14 weeks at the first trimester scan

Exclusion

  • Age \< 18 years
  • ≥ 2 fetuses
  • Participants must read and understand Danish or English
