Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with papillary thyroid cancer with clinically node negative.
Exclusion
- patients with clinical evidence of nodal metastases.
- patients with a previous history of thyroidectomy.
- patients with mixed-type papillary thyroid cancer.
