- Pregnancy
- Prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormality
- Adequate comprehension
- Legal eligibility to TToP procedure after psychiatric clinical evaluation
- Acceptance on a voluntary basis
Exclusion
- Incapacity
- Acute psychosis
