Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients were suffered from back pain of different degrees with spinal claudication

Exclusion

  • Smoking
  • Diabetic patients,
  • Previous spinal surgery,
  • any neuromuscular disorder like poliomyelitis, and
  • vertebral instability proved by Dynamic plain radiographs
