Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA: I, II
- Head trauma
- Hemodynamically stable patient
- Mechanically ventilated or not
- SAH diagnosed by CT brain
Exclusion
- relative refusal.
- allergy to local anesthetic.
- Any coagulation disorder.
- Any vascular disease.
- Penetrating head trauma.
- Poly traumatized patient.
