Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Isolated ACL Injury.
- Non deformed knee.
Exclusion
- Associated knee injury (eg. PCL).
- Deformed knee ( eg. genu varus , genu valgus more than 4 degree )
- patient with medical history of being immune compromized patient eg,DM
