- Male or female students of the Department of physiology of the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico
- Voluntarily accept your participation in the study by signing the informed consent.
Exclusion
- Students who have difficulty or refuse to fill the scales
- Students who withdraw their informed consent at any time during the study
