- Informed consent from participants
Exclusion
- Under 18 years of age
- Endomyocardial biopsy not feasible assessed by surgeon
- Pregnancy (Study 4 only)
- Myocardial infarction, or hospitalization within 1 month due to any cardiac cause (Study 4 only)
