Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- healthy female according to the required groups
Exclusion
- patient with infectious disease , tuberculosis ,tumor ,hematologic disease,metabolic bone disease or any other connective tissue diseases were excluded.
- Patient with viral hepatitis.
- serological evidence of HIV infection.
