Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- current student at the University of Oregon
- subthreshold symptoms of depression, as indicated by a CES-D depression screener score of 20 or greater
Exclusion
- current diagnosis of major depression
- acute suicidal ideation requiring immediate mental health treatment
