Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-II
  • Scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion

  • a history of allergy to local anesthetics
  • known coagulation disorders
  • infection near the puncture site
  • Chronic opioid intake
  • Patient with psychiatric disorders
  • inability to communicate
