Inclusion
- adult be between 24 and 40 years old
- subject has DMFT (Decayed, Missing, Filled, Permanent Tooth) DMFT≤4 , or, DMFT\>13.9
Exclusion
- systemic or genetic disorders
- orthodontic appliances
- pregnant women
