Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Expected duration of Anesthesia \>45 minutes
- Intervention/surgery in the operating room
Exclusion
- Impossibility to place cerebral NIRS sensor
- Known cerebral pathology
- Missing parental consent
- Congenial cardiac condition with right to left shunt
- Cardiac surgery
