Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Body Mass Index of 30 to 40 kg / m²
  • Sedentary
  • No associated co morbidity

Exclusion

  • Women who have a medical impediment to the practice of physical exercise
  • Women that have undergone bariatric surgery
  • Menopause, cancer or any metabolic disease
  • Smokers
  • Alcoholics
  • Insulin-dependent diabetes
