Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Body Mass Index of 30 to 40 kg / m²
- Sedentary
- No associated co morbidity
Exclusion
- Women who have a medical impediment to the practice of physical exercise
- Women that have undergone bariatric surgery
- Menopause, cancer or any metabolic disease
- Smokers
- Alcoholics
- Insulin-dependent diabetes
