Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- The first episode of Bell's palsy.
- Modified House-Brackmann scale III-IV.
Exclusion
- Diabetic
- Recurrent Bells palsy
- facial palsy
- History of stroke
- Any cerebrovascular accident
- epilepsy
