Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Eyes with premacular subhyaloid hemorrhage of more than 3 disc diameters, involving the fovea.
- Eyes with proliferative diabetic retinopathy
Exclusion
- Dense media opacity (corneal/cataract)
- Patients with bleeding tendency or on anti-coagulant drugs
