Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- healthy mothers/caregivers of infants
Exclusion
- Subjects with recent antibiotic use (within 3 months)
- Subjects on any medication that is immunosuppressive
- Subjects who self-report they have xerostomia due to medication use
