- All race and ethnicities
- Presenting to the emergency department with suspicion of infection
- Whose assessment includes a CBC with differential
- Meets EMR Sepsis Definition
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Prisoners
- Transfers from other ED
- Previously enrolled
