Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients about to undergo either breast cancer surgery or thoracic surgery
Exclusion
- Insufficient Norwegian speaking or writing skills to participate in the intervention
- cognitive and psychiatric impairment
- other serious malignancies
