Inclusion
- Age (18-30 years or over 65 years)
- Healthy
Exclusion
- Cognitively impaired
- Allergies, intolerance and special dietary requirements (for example coeliac disease, lactose / gluten intolerance)
- Suffer from diabetes
- Oral surgery
- Stroke
- Smoker
- Cancer
